• Amazon/Tunecore Dispute

Digital distributor TuneCore are apparently currently in dispute with Amazon Europe....So the bottom line is as of 24th January.... you can't download my music from the Amazon MP3 store in the European Union/United Kingdom. Hopefully they will sort things out, but in the meantime you can buy from iTunes Europe/UK etc...or check out my online store for more download options.

Btw ..... Also the buy now button on my myspace page has never worked (no dispute there...despite chase ups, they just never set it up properly - Oh well!)

  • Thanks to Stuart Cameron!

Stuart Cameron writes in Up Country Magazine. Jan 2012

British Singer/Songwriter Anthony Duke is one of my favourite new acts to appear on the scene in the last 12 months. Granted he is not your traditional country sounding act (although he has covered beautifully a couple of Don Williams and Glen Campbell hits which have gone down so well). But if British acts are going to progress they have to take risks and do their own thing and Duke's latest May You Be Loved, with some gorgeous steel guitar is a breath of fresh air.

'May You Be Loved' is currently at number 11 in the Hot Disc top 40 Chart and number 4 in the Brtish and Irish Independent top 10.

This man’s voice is really beautiful and I can only imagine the places he can go vocally. This man gets music and it comes through with his lyrics and his sound.
(Sound Out)

A superb album. It moves smoothly through so many musical styles and the production work is top notch. (Allan Watkiss, UK Country Radio/BBC Sheffield/S. Yorkshire)

'May You Be Loved' is out now... The title track was written in Nashville with Grammy award winning writer Bobby E Boyd who also wrote the platinum selling 'Bless The Broken Road' for the Rascal Flatts.

Tracks for the album were laid down in Nashville, Los Angeles and The UK. Many of the songs including 'STAIN' and 'Satan's Little Sister' were co-written with Kim Duke both tracks were co-produced by Gary Carter in Nashville. The song' War Of Words' is a co-write with Irish Country singer Derek Ryan.

The album draws on influences from the west coast 70s sound of The Eagles, and Jackson Browne with the contemporary feel of artists like Keith Urban.
